Private international law, the “nuclear science of law practice”, is considered a particularly difficult, and at the same time extroverted and fascinating branch. The crucial question to be answered is which law applies in cases with international aspects, and which court has jurisdiction to judge. Although European integration has harmonized some parts of the law, important differences still exist, especially on issues that are intertwined with the moral order of the states.
The international clientele of our office, but also its network of foreign law offices, has equipped it with know-how that allows the timely, practical and effective solution of the problems assigned to us.
