Labor is a human right of importance that transcends laws and regulations. Being able to work and to love means you are mentally healthy (Sigmund Froud). The economic crisis and the recent pandemic have dealt a blow to this fundamental right, while at the same time, technology and the prospects in the economy have shortened distances, abolished borders and internationalized trade. New challenges have risen to the forefront of legal practice. Employers and employees have no option but to metabolize the new reality swiftly, in order to make mutual progress and form better conditions for all.
Our office by principal represents both employers and employees. The cause is that we believe that in reality, what unites them is much more than what divides them. Mutual understanding and respect for rights is the only way to prosperity. We promote comprehension over dispute.
