Criminal Law is “by its very nature that part of law which is in closer contact with the popular soul and the popular conscience” (Nikolaos Chorafas). Criminal law is the field of specialization of the head of the office, Konstantinos Papastergiou. The postgraduate studies in Criminal Law, but also the international experience at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and the New York working group for International Criminal Law have endowed our office with knowledge and experience that allows us to handle the most complex criminal cases, ranging from complicated tax law criminal charges to counseling the persecution of common unlawful conducts.
