Building a cadaster institutes a constitutional obligation of the Greek state. The transition from the previous owner-oriented transfer system to the property-oriented system of the cadaster has been rapid and has upgraded the protection of rights and the data reconciliation schemes. At the same time, the transition to the new system became an occasion for data verification and settlement of disputes between owners.
Our office has handled cases of solving all categories of cadastral cases en masse, gaining vast experience and literally forming the map of entire areas in the region of Central Macedonia.
